Esther H. Bower, 83, of 3600 Logan St., Camp Hill, died Wednesday in Holy Spirit Hospital. She was the widow of Edward H. Bower, a former local real-estate agent; was a member of Camp Hill Presbyterian Church, the College Club of Harrisburg, and the Harrisburg Bridge Club; was a charter member of the West Shore Country Club, and a former member of the Camp Hill Civic Club.
