Beloved husband of Claudia (nee Hubert); dearest father of Michael (Jane) Moskal and Denise (Matthew) Hout; loving grandfather of Michael and Stephen Moskal and Courtney and Nicholas Hout; brother of Gene Moskal and the late Phyllis (late Peter) Mangano, Marcella (late John) Rozbicki and Carl (Joni) Moskal; also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral from the PACER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2275 George Urban Blvd. (two blocks east of Dick Rd.) Thursday 9 AM and St. Martha's Parish 9:30. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Richard was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 17 and the St. Martha's Parish Holy Name Society.
