died either April l673, Wethersfield, or 20 Aug l673; Deputy to General
Court, from Wethersfield, for l8 terms, commencing Oct l657; appointed
by General Court,l649, as Town Sealer of Weights and Measures; also in l659
Customs Collector for Wethersfield, being the first incumbent in that office;
juror for l5 years between l646 and l662; Grand Juror in l660 and l662, and
frequently on committees to settle church disputes, esstates, town boards,
and differences with the Indians; died intestate in Apr l673; estate
